Thank you for volunteering to coach! Coaches are a very vital part of our league. Here is the coach duties/information handout from the coaches meeting:
The first 3 items are very important:
1) Make the season fun for the kids.
2) Ensure the season is played with respect and good sportsmanship.
3) Do your best to help each player improve his or her skills.
Be good role models and help us promote the league
Let us remember the main purpose of this LITTLE LEAGUE PROGRAM is for the CHILDREN, not the ADULTS. It is the responsibility of the coaches and the parents to instill the values of good sportsmanship and friendly competition. They are all Clippers in the end!
